Ingredients

A packet of yellow potatoes Andean Traditions
Four traditional Andean traditional yellow peppers
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
Six tablespoons of olive oil El Conquistador
Black olives botija Tradiciones Andinas
Half an onion
A cup of cheese (of your preference)
Six Field Soda Crackers
Three eggs
A cup of evaporated milk
Salt to taste

Preparation

We cook the Andean Traditions yellow potatoes and reserve, the same with the eggs, until they are hard and reserve.

In a frying pan add the El Conquistador olive oil and sauté the Traditional Andean yellow peppers (if you want it spicy you can leave the vein, if you do not remove it before frying it) with the onion and garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas.
When everything is well fried, we pass this mixture to the blender and blend very well.

Add the milk, cookies, cheese and salt to the blender to taste (we recommend that you add the cookies one by one and carefully so as not to damage the blender blades).
The mixture must be very creamy to be delicious, when we have that texture we set aside.

We serve our dish, add the yellow Andean Tradition potatoes, and dip in our delicious mix, add the cut hard-boiled eggs and our delicious Traditions Andean olive.
