Ingredients
A package of Baked Banana Andean Traditions
A cup of Akenton sugar
Two tablespoons of cinnamon powder Andean Traditions
A cup of Andean Tradition oatmeal
Two eggs
A cup of sliced almonds

Preparation
In the blender we process the oatmeal until obtaining fresh oatmeal, we separate and clean the blender.

In a large pot we add our baked banana with enough water to cover it, Akenton sugar, and Andean Tradition ground cinnamon, over high heat let it boil.
When our mixture boils, we lower the heat and with a fork we make banana puree, you can do it with a fork or let the bananas cool a little and in the blender process them.

Add the fresh oatmeal we made earlier, stir very well.
Finally we add the two eggs since these are the ones that will compact the dough.

We serve in a non-stick refractory and add the almonds carefully.
This banana cake is delicious and very easy to prepare since you can bake it for approximately 15 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or we can put it in a nonstick pot over very low heat on the stove, checking it with a wooden stick Until it comes out clean.
