Ingredients

A cup of barley rice Andean Traditions
A cup of flaxseed flour Andean Traditions
Half a cup of Andean Traditions oats
Half a cup of coconut milk Andean Traditions
A spoonful of ground cinnamon Andean Traditions
A teaspoon of Akenton sugar
Egg
a pinch of salt

Preparation

In a processor or in a blender add the Traditions Andean barley rice and process until obtaining the fresh barley flour.

To the processor or blender we add the Tradiciones Andinas linseed flour and the Tradiciones Andinas oats, we process and form this flour mixture.
Then we add the other ingredients, the Tradiciones Andinas coconut milk, the Tradiciones Andinas ground cinnamon, the sugar and other ingredients, we mix everything very well until all the ingredients are completely integrated and form a thick paste.

We heat the waffle maker (if you do not have a waffle maker, it does not matter, this mixture is perfect for making pancakes in a pan) and add the mixture and let it cook.
And ready! We add the fruits and toppings that we want to accompany.
