Ingredients

Three cups of red jocote Andean Traditions
Four tablespoons of Andean Traditions ground cinnamon
A cup of honey
Juice of half a lemon

Preparation

Cut the Andean Traditions jocotes in half, remove the seed and place in a non-stick ovenproof dish, add the honey and lemon juice.

Make sure that all the plums are well covered, and leave all the halves with the skin facing up.
Once everything is ready, add more honey and the Tradiciones Andinas ground cinnamon and bake for 20 minutes at 356 degrees Fahrenheit.

Once ready, remove from the oven, let it cool and that's it!
We recommend serving them with a little vanilla ice cream, it is a delicious combination.
