Ingredients

A cup of fine cornmeal Andean Traditions
Two tablespoons of Universal baking powder
Half a cup of sour starch or cassava starch
Two cups of curd cheese
A tablespoon of Akenton sugar
A quarter cup of butter
A cup and a quarter of milk
Egg
Salt to taste

Preparation

In a bowl mix the dry ingredients with the cheese and the Tradiciones Andinas fine corn flour, stir very well.

Add the Universal baking powder and integrate very well.
Once ready add the egg and stir.

Add the milk and when the dough is compact, knead on a flat and completely clean surface.
Preheat the oven to 356 degrees Fahrenheit.

Form the pancakes, there are people who make a thread, other people half a circle, and also a complete ball, it depends on your taste, form small balls.
In a previously greased non-stick baking dish, add the pancakes.

Bake for 15 minutes at 356 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once ready, remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
