Homemade Chicken Pie
Chicken pie
Ingredients
A can of green pigeon peas Andean Traditions
Four tablespoons of garlic paste Andean Traditions
Half a teaspoon of black pepper Andean Traditions
Half a cup of Andean Traditions grilled chicken dressing
One kilo of ground chicken (we recommend lean chicken breast)
Two eggs
A finely chopped onion
A finely chopped carrot
Half a cup of milk
Two tablespoons of butter
A cup of bread crumbs
Salt to taste

Preparation
In a pot, fry the Tradiciones Andinas green pigeon peas in the butter with the Tradiciones Andinas garlic paste, onion, carrot and salt to taste.

In another bowl, mix the bread crumbs with the milk until it forms a consistent dough.
To this mixture, add the pigeon peas, onion and carrot, stir very well.

Add the two eggs (previously beaten).
Mix everything very well and add salt to taste and the Andean Traditions black pepper.

Add the ground chicken and integrate everything very well.
You must be careful and do this by hand and very smooth.

Once everything is integrated, in a previously greased baking dish add the chicken pie, here you can give it the shape you like the most.
Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

After 30 minutes, remove and add the Tradiciones Andinas grilled chicken dressing.
Once ready, let it cool for 15 minutes before departing.
