Wings in passion fruit sauce
Ingredients
A cup of wings
A cup of passion fruit pulp Andean Traditions
A teaspoon of garlic in Andean traditions pasta
A tablespoon of ground paprika Andean Traditions
Two tablespoons of ground oregano Andean Traditions
One tablespoon of Universal cornstarch
Pepper to taste Andean Traditions
A tablespoon of Sybarite white vinegar
Half onion finely chopped
Three tablespoons honey
Salt to taste

Preparation
Marinate the wings with salt, Andean Traditions black pepper and fry them in a frying pan with little oil, once they are ready to reserve.

In the same frying pan, fry the onion with the Tradiciones Andinas garlic paste, once the onion is transparent, add the vinegar and honey, stirring continuously.
When the honey thickens a little, add the pulp of passion fruit Andean Traditions without stopping stirring, and add the ground paprika, the oregano so that all the ingredients are integrated very well.

In a separate container dissolve the cornstarch Universal and add to the preparation without ever stirring.
If you notice that the sauce is very thick you can add three tablespoons of water, and add the wings, stir very well and leave on low heat for 15 min with the lid on.
