Cassava Arepas
Ingredients
Two cups of Yucca striped Andean Traditions
A cup of scratched dry hard cheese.
Salt to taste

Preparation
Cook the Andean Traditions cassava over medium heat with the desired salt and bring to a boil.

When it boils, remove the water and stir with a fork until it is textured dough / mash.
Add the egg and stir very well.

Add the cheese and stir very well.
We form the arepas (we form a ball with the amount of dough that fits in the palm of the hand, and it is gradually flattened taking care that the edges do not open)

Roast the arepas in a non-stick pan with little butter on both sides.
We serve hot and enjoy!
