Rice with coconut
Ingredients
A can of Coconut Milk Andean Traditions
A cup of rice
A quarter of raisins
A tablespoon of Akenton sugar
Salt to taste (we recommend a pinch)

Preparation
Put in a pot on low heat, half of the Andean Traditions coconut milk with the spoon of sugar and raisins until a caramel color.

When you have the caramel color we want, we add the other half of the Andean Traditions coconut milk.
When it boils add the previously washed rice, the pinch of salt, butter and let it dry.
