Cassava fritters
Ingredients
A packet of cassava Andean Traditions
Five tablespoons of cornstarch Universal
Two cups of olive oil El conquistador
Two cups of grated hard cheese
Two eggs
Salt to taste

Preparation
In a pot with enough water (cover the cassava) cook the Andean Traditions cassava, cook until it is soft.

When the cassava is very soft, we remove the water and with the help of a fork or a macerator we make a mashed cassava, add the cheese and stir well until it has a hard and uniform consistency.
We add the egg and salt to taste and stir very well, finally we add the cornstarch Universal to obtain a consistent and hard dough.

We form small balls, the size of a tablespoon, if the dough does not allow you to make them easily this means that your dough needed cornstarch, you can add one tablespoon and check its consistency, until you obtain a firm one.
We fry our cassava fritters in enough El Conquistador olive oil.
