Ingredients
Five cups of pork ribs
Two tablespoons of Andean Traditions sesame seed
A tablespoon of ground ginger Andean Traditions
A tablespoon of ground paprika Andean Traditions
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
A tablespoon of turmeric Andean Traditions
Half a cup of Garden Fresh honey
Half a cup of Sillao
Half a cup of Sibarita white vinegar
Half a cup of red wine
a pinch of salt

Preparation
In a small bowl, mix the ground ginger, the ground paprika and the Andean Traditions turmeric, with salt to taste and mix very well until everything is integrated.

With the help of an airtight bag (or those that are necessary) add the ribs, and add the Tradiciones Andinas seasonings that were mixed, the Tradiciones Andinas garlic paste, the Garden Fresh honey, the soy sauce, the red wine and the Sibarita vinegar, stir very well, massage with your hands so that all the ribs are completely marinated.
Let the ribs marinate for at least two hours in the refrigerator.

Bake for 50 minutes at 420 degrees Fahrenheit.
