Ingredients

A full cup and three-quarters of a cup of chopped pumpkin Tradiciones Andinas
A cup of chicken broth
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
Salt to taste

Preparation

Cook the pumpkin, the spoon of garlic paste Andean Traditions and the chicken stock over medium heat.

Let this cook until the squash is soft.
Lower the heat and let this cool for a few minutes.

Crush it, either in a blender or in a food grinder until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Heat again over low heat and serve hot.
