Ingredients

Two cups of lentils Andean Traditions
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
Una taza de zanahoria y guisantes Tradiciones Andinas
A chicken breast
A finely sliced onion
Salt to taste

Preparation

En una olla grande cocinar el pollo con un litro de agua hasta que la pechuga este cocinada.

Una vez lista retirar la pechuga de la olla, y agregar las lentejas Tradiciones Andinas (previamente remojadas).
Agregar los guisantes y zanahoria Tradiciones Andinas, la cebolla y la sal al gusto.

Cocinar durante 20 minutos.
Desmenuzar el pollo y agregar a la sopa.

Una vez listo retirar y agregar la sopa a un procesador de comida o una licuadora que resista el calor.
Licuar hasta obtener una crema.
