Apple Crumble
Ingredients
Two teaspoons of Andean Traditions ground cinnamon
Four tablespoons of Andean Tradition oats
One teaspoon of Universal vanilla essence
Five tablespoons of Akenton sugar plus two more on the side
Half a cup of white flour Flor
Two teaspoons of lemon juice
Three apples with the skin (without the core and seeds)
Three grated apples
A quarter cup of cherries or blueberries
Two tablespoons of butter

Preparation
In a non-stick pot add the Akenton sugar and let it caramelize, add the Tradiciones Andinas ground cinnamon, the Universal vanilla essence and stir very well.

Add the grated apple, stir very well and bring to a boil.
Once it boils, add the cherries, the chopped apple and the lemon juice, stir well and remove from cooking.

In a bowl mix the Tradiciones Andinas oats, the Tradiciones Andinas ground cinnamon, the Akenton sugar, and the butter, mix until everything is integrated.
In a non-stick baking dish add the apple mixture and spread the mixture of dry ingredients on top, bake at 392 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.

Once ready, remove from the oven and serve hot.
