Ingredients

One and a half cups of the favorite Andean Traditions fruit pulp
Two teaspoons of Universal baking powder
A cup of white flour Flor
Half a cup of Akenton sugar
A cup of unsalted butter
Three eggs

Preparation

With the help of a mixer, soften the unsalted butter and when it is soft, add the Akenton sugar.

Once ready, add the eggs, and beat until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Add the favorite Andean Traditions fruit pulp, and when everything is integrated add the Blanca Flor flour little by little.

Finally add the Universal baking powder.
With the help of a non-stick cupcake pan, add the mixture halfway and tap it lightly against the table to remove any excess air.

Bake at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
Once ready, remove from the oven let set and enjoy.
