We prepare the different stews, the first one is chicken and cheese; you will need a cup of shredded cooked chicken breast and cheese, we recommend you to grate it to make it easier when filling the pie, filling the empanada disc with the stew and sealing by closing the disc to the side, we join very well and with a fork We review the tips.

The third stew is cheese and sausage, we chop the sausage and cook or fry it, this depends on the type of sausage or each one, once the sausages are ready, we cut them and stir in a bowl with the cheese and fill the empanadas discs , and we sealed.
Fry the empanadas in abundant oil, so that each empanada is completely submerged, or if we wish we bake them approximately 20 minutes or until they are well browned.

As an extra tip: Finely chop half a big onion, half a long onion, coriander and add chili powder and little olive oil!
