Ingredients

A pound of tuna Andean Traditions
Half a pound of cassava Andean Traditions
A spoonful of oil The conqueror
A chopped tomato
Half chopped onion
A spoonful of paprika Tradiciones Andinas
A spoonful of ground cumin Tradiciones Andinas
Four cups of water
Two branches of coriander
Salt to taste

Preparation

Prepare a rehash with onion, tomato, cumin Tradiciones Andinas, paprika Tradiciones Andinas and salt.

Add the four cups of water and the coriander branches.
Add the Andean Traditions tuna and let simmer for about 10 minutes.

In a separate pot cook the cassava.
Let the cassava cook until it is soft, and when it is added add the tuna with everything else in the mixture.

Serve and enjoy hot.
