Stewed red beans
Ingredients
A cup of Traditional Andean red beans
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
Black pepper Andean Traditions to taste
A cup of chicken or vegetable broth (if you don't have homemade chicken or vegetable broth, you can add a cup of water)
Half a cup of sliced bacon
A cup of diced smoked meat
Half a cup of sliced sausage
Half a cup of diced ham
A cup of diced tomatoes
Half a cup of chopped onion
Two tablespoons coriander, finely chopped
Salt to taste

Preparation
After the beans have been soaked overnight, cook in a saucepan with enough water and salt until softened.

When they are soft we remove the water and let it rest.
In a non-stick frying pan, fry the bacon and smoked meat with very little El Conquistador olive oil.

When the meats are fully cooked add a little El Conquistador olive oil and the Tradiciones Andinas garlic paste, stir well and add the tomato and onion.
We mix very well and add the sausage and ham, add the salt to the desired taste and the desired Traditions Andean black pepper.

When everything is integrated we add the red beans and stir very well.
Add the chicken stock, cover and over low heat let it boil (it should take about 10 minutes).

We serve and add coriander finely chopped on top, and enjoy this delicious recipe.
