Ingredients

A cup of Andean Traditions quinoa
A spoonful of ground cinnamon Andean Traditions
A tablespoon of ground ginger Andean Traditions
Five tablespoons of Andean Traditions coconut milk
Half a cup of Andean Traditions oats
One tablespoon of Universal vanilla essence
Two tablespoons of El Conquistador olive oil
Una taza de almendras
Two tablespoons honey
Two eggs

Preparation

In a bowl add the Tradiciones Andinas oatmeal, the Tradiciones Andinas coconut milk, the Universal vanilla essence, the El Conquistador olive oil and the honey, stir very well.

When everything is well integrated, add the Andean Traditions quinoa and the nuts of your choice.
Mix everything very well until everything is integrated, add the egg and stir.

Form medium balls to make cookies.
In a baking dish with a little olive oil, add the cookies and bake for 20 minutes at 356 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a small bowl, stir the Tradiciones Andinas ground cinnamon and the Tradiciones Andinas ground ginger.
Once the cookies are ready, sprinkle with the previous mixture.
