Ingredients

A cup of coconut milk Andean Traditions
A tablespoon of turmeric Andean Traditions
Half a tablespoon of ground ginger Andean Traditions
Half a tablespoon of ground cinnamon Andean Traditions
The tip of a teaspoon of ground black pepper Andean Traditions
Half teaspoon of honey

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the Tradiciones Andinas coconut milk, when it is already hot add the Tradiciones Andinas turmeric / stick, stir very well.

Add all the ingredients and stir very well, bring to a boil, uncovered.
When it breaks boil, remove from heat and blend.

Once our delicious and nutritious Golden milk is liquefied we pass it through a strainer and that's it!
This delicious recipe can be eaten hot or cold, it is better that you take it hot but if you have leftover you can keep it to take for more days, its duration covered in the refrigerator is 2 to 3 days.
