Lentil Burger
Ingredients
Two cups of lentils Andean Traditions
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
A teaspoon of black pepper Andean Traditions
A teaspoon of Andean Traditions paprika
Half a cup of Andean Traditions oats
A carrot
A finely chopped onion
A tomato
cheese

Preparation
Cook the lentils with the carrot and the garlic paste (without many seasonings since we are going to add them later), it is important that they are well cooked and watered.

In the blender add the Tradiciones Andinas oats and blend until you get homemade oatmeal.
In a separate frying pan, fry with a little olive oil El Conquistador a tablespoon of Traditions Andean garlic paste and onion with salt, Traditions Andean black pepper and the Traditions Andean paprika.

When this is fried, add the lentils, and stir well and leave uncovered so that the water from the lentils evaporates.
When the mixture is completely dry, we lower the heat and in the blender or food processor add the oatmeal that we made previously, liquefy very well until obtaining a consistent mass.

We remove from the blender or food processor and form large balls, then crush and form the "hamburger meat".
In a non-stick frying pan with a little olive oil El Conquistador add our veggie burger card and roast until compact.

Finally we put together our hamburgers with bread, cheese, onion, tomato and our favorite sauces.
