Ingredients
A cup of chickpea
Two tablespoons of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
A tablespoon of ground paprika Andean Traditions
A tablespoon of Andean Traditions sesame seed
A teaspoon of El Conquistador olive oil
Lemon juice
Black pepper Andean Traditions to taste
Salt to taste

Preparation
After soaking the chickpeas for at least two hours, cook in a pot with enough water, cover the chickpeas, with salt to taste until soft.

Once the chickpeas are soft, remove from the water and let stand until they are at room temperature, do not get rid of the cooking water, reserve half a cup.
Once the chickpeas are at room temperature, in a food processor or blender, add the chickpeas, the Tradiciones Andinas garlic paste, the lemon juice, the El Conquistador olive oil, the Tradiciones Andinas black pepper and the salt to taste .

Crush very well until a smooth and creamy consistency is obtained.
