Ingredients

Eight medium-sized Andean Tradition yellow potatoes, cut into large squares
Two tablespoons of oil The conqueror
A white onion, diced
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
A spoonful of cumin Tradiciones Andinas
A spoonful of achiote Tradiciones Andinas
Five cups of water
A cup of milk
A cup of fresh striped cheese
Three tablespoons of finely chopped coriander
Salt to taste

Preparation

Heat the oil over medium heat in a pot, add the chopped onion, the Andean Tradition garlic paste, the Andean Tradition cumin and the Andean Tradition annatto, cook until the onions are soft.

In a separate pot, cook the potatoes until they soften and allow to make a soft and delicious mashed potatoes.
When you get a soft mashed potato add the milk and let cook for 5 minutes.

Stir the potato and the first mixture of the onion and other ingredients.
Add salt to taste, striped cheese and cilantro.

Serve and enjoy.
