A pork loin
Pepper Andean Traditions
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
Salt to taste
Two cups of sliced bacon
A can of Peaches in syrup Andean Traditions
Cherries to taste
Cheese chopped to taste

Preparation
Marinate the pork loin, add Andean Tradition pepper to taste, Andean Tradition garlic paste and salt to taste.

On a flat surface we put aluminum foil and on the we extend our meat.
We add our ingredients for the filling, first we put the cheese slices, then the bacon, the peaches in half Andean Traditions and the cherries.

We close the meat forming a roll with the help of aluminum foil, be careful that the foil does not fit inside the roll, close the tips of the foil tightly tightening and take to the oven.
We bake for 30 minutes at 392 degrees Fahrenheit.
