Ingredients
Half a cup of Andean Traditions coriander paste
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
Two tablespoons of Andean Traditions barbecue sauce
Half a cup of El Conquistador olive oil
Half a cup of Sillao
Pork loin
Salt to taste

Preparation
In a bowl add the tenderloin and marinate with the Tradiciones Andinas barbecue sauce and reserve.

In another bowl mix the Andean Traditions coriander paste, Andean Traditions garlic paste, El Conquistador olive oil and Sillao, stir well.
Once the sauce is well integrated, add to the loin making sure that all its parts remain with the sauce, reserving a little.

Bake for 25 minutes at 356 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once the tenderloin is ready, serve.

Heat the sauce that was reserved in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
Add to the served loin.
