Ingredients

Five cashews Andean Traditions
Two cups of panela Andean Traditions
Two tablespoons of Andean Traditions ground cinnamon
Water

Preparation

With the fleshy fruit of the Andean Traditions cashew and with the help of a fork remove the seeds and in a pot add the pulp.

Add the Andean Traditions panela and water that only covers half of the ingredients.
With a fork mash the cashews.

Add enough water to cover the fruit and the Andean Traditions panela, add the Andean Traditions ground cinnamon and reduce over low heat.
Once ready remove from heat and let cool.

Store in a glass container with a lid and accompany with bread or toast.
