Lucuma Mousse
Ingredients
A cup of lucuma pulp Andean Traditions
Half a cup of milk cream
Half a cup of condensed milk
One teaspoon of Universal vanilla essence
A Universal Collapse Envelope
Chocolate to melt

Preparation
The first thing to do is hydrate the collapse and stir until it is completely liquid.

In the blender we liquefy our lucuma pulp, then add the cream and condensed milk and let them blend very well.
Finally we add the vanilla essence and it collapses already dissolved (without ever stirring).

And ready, in a refractory or in a mold, add the previous mixture and leave at least two hours in the refrigerator.
To decorate we melt chocolate and add it when the mousse is already compact so that it does not go to damage.
