Cook the Andean Traditions cassava for 10 minutes in enough water and salt to taste.

Remove from the water and let dry for 10 minutes.
Cut the cassava sticks (sticks) the size you like.

Cover in White Flower flour completely, this so that the cassava sticks are crisp and delicious.
In a pot with El Conquistador olive oil, we fry the cassava sticks.
