Strawberry panna cotta
Ingredients
A can of coconut milk Andean Traditions
A cup of whole strawberries Andean Traditions
An envelope of jelly without Universal flavor
A sachet of Universal strawberry jelly
Two teaspoons of vanilla essence Universal
A can of condensed milk

Preparation
In a cup of Andean Traditions coconut milk dilute the Universal flavorless gelatin until it is smooth, you can do this in the microwave or over medium heat.

In the blender, process the rest of the Andean Traditions coconut milk, condensed milk and the vanilla essence Universal until everything is well integrated.
We add the unflavored gelatin ready and continue processing for about two more minutes.

When the mixture is ready in individual containers serve and take to the refrigerator and let it compact for at least 20 min.
We prepare the strawberry jelly, and finally we add the whole Traditions Andean strawberries.

We mix very well taking care not to damage the strawberries.
We take our already compact mixture on top of the refrigerator and add a layer of our strawberry and strawberry jelly mixture.

We take back to the refrigerator and leave at least 40 min.
