Mango cake
Ingredients
Five vanilla pancakes.
A bottle of Andean Tradition mango nectar
Two cups of cream cheese
A can of milk cream
A can of condensed milk
Two cups of Andean Tradition mango pulp
Two ripe mangoes Andean Traditions
Two unflavored jelly sachets Universal

Preparation
In a refractory we put a layer of the vanilla pancakes (if you do not have it, you can change them for sweet cookies and put about three or four layers), hydrate an envelope of the gelatin without universal flavor and mix with the Traditions Andean mango nectar, then we bathe completely with this mixture and refrigerate.

In a processor or in a blender, add the cream cheese, the cans of condensed milk and milk cream, the Tradiciones Andinas mango pulp and beat until everything is completely integrated.
We hydrate the Universal flavorless gelatin and add it to the last mix.

We cut strips of our mature Andean Traditions mango and add a thick layer to the refractory.
Finally we slowly add our mixture and take to the refrigerator overnight.
