French cake with strawberries
Ingredients
Two cups of whole strawberry Andean Traditions (cut in half)
Half a cup of white flour Flor
Cup and a quarter of sugar
Four eggs
A quarter cup of white rum
Two tablespoons unsalted butter
Two cups of milk

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 min.

In a non-stick refractory put the butter on all the walls and take to the oven for 10 minutes to melt completely.
After 10 min take out of the oven, distribute the butter again throughout the refractory with the help of a kitchen brush and add the Andean Tradition strawberries to the refractory.

In the blender we add the sifted Blanca Flor flour, the sugar, the white rum, the milk and the eggs, mix very well until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
When all the ingredients are a homogeneous mixture we put them in the refractory on the strawberries.

We take to the oven at the same temperature of the beginning of the preparation and let bake for 50 minutes.
When our French cake is already baked, remove from the oven and let cool.
