Ingredients
A diced breast
Two tablespoons of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
Half tablespoon of black pepper Andean Traditions
A cup of Universal cornstarch
Five tablespoons of Tito soy sauce
Juice juice of 8 oranges
Egg
Vegetable oil
Sesame Traditions Andean to taste
A quarter cup of Akenton sugar

Preparation
In a bowl with a lid add the chicken, a tablespoon of Tito soy sauce and the egg, stir well, so that all the ingredients are well integrated, cover and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

After this marinating time in the refrigerator, we take out and add the Universal cornstarch and mix very well.
In a saucepan we add enough oil to fry all the chicken, once the oil is hot, we fry all the chicken.

We drain it very well, removing all the excess oil.
In a separate non-stick frying pan add little oil and the Tradiciones Andinas garlic paste, Akenton sugar, the rest of the Tito soy sauce and orange juice, stir well and leave on low heat until it boils.

In a separate glass, dilute a tablespoon of cornstarch Universal in warm water and add to the preparation.
We stir very well and add the chicken once the sauce is completely thick.
