Chia pudding with mango mousse
Ingredients
Two cups of coconut milk Andean Traditions
Two cups of Andean Tradition mango pulp
A cup of Andean Traditions mango nectar
Two tablespoons oat flakes Andean Traditions
A cup of chia seeds
Blueberries to taste
Honey to taste

Preparation
The night before, in a medium bowl with a lid add the chia seeds, the Tradiciones Andinas coconut milk and honey, stir, cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight, or at least 3 hours.

In the blender we add the Traditions Andean mango pulp and the Traditions Andean mango nectar.
In a glass of your choice add the Andean Tradition flaked oats.

Add a large layer of chia pudding.
Add a large layer of mango mousse.

And finally add the blueberries, if you want you can add more fruits of your choice.
And ready! To enjoy this delicious pudding.
