Ingredients

Andean Traditions potatoes package
Half a teaspoon of black pepper Andean Traditions
A stick of butter
Half a cup of milk
Salt to taste
Half a teaspoon of black pepper Andean Traditions
Four tablespoons of White Flor flour
Four tablespoons butter
Two cups of turkey broth
Salt to taste

Preparation

In a large pot add the Andean Traditions potatoes and cover them with enough water and salt to taste.

Boil until the potatoes are completely soft.
Once the potatoes are ready, remove them from the water and transfer them to a bowl.

Add the butter, milk and black pepper Andean Traditions.
With the help of a food grinder, mash the potatoes to form the puree.

In a non-stick pot over medium heat melt the butter, once ready add the Blanca Flor flour and stir until integrated.
Let cook until it darkens a little.

Add the turkey broth, the Andean Traditions black pepper and salt to taste.
Stir constantly until everything is completely integrated and the sauce is thick.
