Ingredients

Two salmon fillets
Two tablespoons of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
A tablespoon of ground paprika Andean Traditions
One teaspoon of ground oregano Andean Traditions
Two tablespoons of El Conquistador olive oil
A cup of coconut milk Andean Traditions
A finely chopped onion
Black pepper Andean Traditions to taste
Salt to taste

Preparation

Put the salmon fillets on a plate or tray and cover them very well with El Conquistador olive oil.

Once well covered in oil, add the Tradiciones Andinas ground paprika, Tradiciones Andinas black pepper to taste and salt to taste, cover and let stand for 20 minutes.
In a frying pan, fry the onion until transparent, then add the salmon fillets, seal for three minutes on each side.

Once the salmon is sealed, add the Tradiciones Andinas coconut milk and cook for 3 more minutes.
Then we add the Tradiciones Andinas garlic paste with the oregano, stir very well and ready.

Let cook over low heat for 10 minutes and serve.
