Pork tenderloin with ginger and honey
Ingredients
Two servings of pork tenderloin
Two tablespoons of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
Two tablespoons of ground ginger Andean Traditions
Two tablespoons of black pepper Andean traditions
Six tablespoons of garden fresh honey
Juice of two lemons
Two tablespoons of soy sauce
Three leaves of rosemary

Preparation
In a bowl add the pork loin and add a single tablespoon of the Andean Traditions black pepper, Andean Traditions garlic paste, rosemary, soy sauce, lemon juice and garden fresh honey.

Stir very well and leave the whole loin well impregnated, cover like kitchen paper and leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
In a skillet over medium heat add the pork tenderloin, add half a cup of water and cover, let it cook until the pork is completely cooked.

When the pork is ready, remove from the pan and add the other half of the ingredients with which it is marinated, stir very well.
Add the Tradiciones Andinas ground ginger, mix without stopping until the sauce is thick.
