Homemade tiramisu
Ingredients
Half a tablespoon of ground cinnamon Andean Traditions
Thick cookies
A cup of coffee made without sugar
A can of milk cream
A bar of grated chocolate

Preparation
As a tip, leave the cream in the refrigerator for at least an hour, since when mixing the cream it will grow more.

We dip the cookies in the coffee to absorb their flavor, without letting them break, then in a refractory, add a layer of the cookies already dipped in coffee.
We beat the milk cream to a point of snow, add the Andean Traditions ground cinnamon and a half tablespoon of grated chocolate.

We add a layer of this mixture to the refractory and repeat the process with the cookies until the top is reached.
We leave the cream as the last layer and decorate with Andean Traditions ground cinnamon and grated chocolate.
