Lucuma Tiramisu
Ingredients
Four cups of pulp from Lúcuma Andean Traditions
Two tablespoons of Universal Vanilla Essence
Four tablespoons of Universal cocoa
Six tablespoons Garden Fresh honey
A can of condensed milk
Two cups of cream cheese
Three cups of tongue-shaped cookies
Three cups of brewed coffee

Preparation
In a bowl add the Tradiciones Andinas lucuma pulp, the Universal vanilla essence and the Garden Fresh honey, beat until a creamy consistency.

Add the milk cream and continue beating.
Add the cream cheese and continue mixing, until you get a thick but smooth consistency.

Soak the cookies in the coffee and form a layer on the bottom of the non-stick baking dish.
Add a part of the mixture, and repeat the process layer by layer, dip the cookies completely in the coffee, add the mixture and cookies again.

In the last layer add the mixture, add the Universal cocoa and voila, put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
