Ingredients

Four cups of Andean Traditions banana dough
A cup of grated panela Andean Traditions
A spoonful of ground cinnamon Andean Traditions
One tablespoon of Universal vanilla essence
Two eggs
A cup of white flour Flor
Cheese (whichever you like best) grated
A cup of dried fruit of your choice, it can be almonds, walnuts
Half a cup of chopped almonds
Half teaspoon salt

Preparation

In a pot with water (cover the ingredients), cook the Tradiciones Andinas banana dough with the Tradiciones Andinas grated brown sugar, the Tradiciones Andinas ground cinnamon and the Universal vanilla essence until the banana is cooked.

Once it is ready, remove from the water and with the help of a fork stir the dough so that it is soft and fluffy.
Then add the White Flor flour and the egg, stir very well until everything is homogeneous, add the grated cheese and the nuts of your choice.

Stir very well and transfer to a nonstick ovenproof dish and bake at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 30 minutes.
Once the cake is ready, remove from the oven and from the oven, add the cut almonds and that's it.
