Mixed Tostón
Ingredients
A packet of Andean Traditions tostones
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
Two tablespoons of black pepper Andean Traditions
A spoonful of ground oregano Andean Traditions
Half breast
Four cups of ground beef
One onion
A tomato
Salt to taste
An avocado

Preparation
In a saucepan, fry the Andean Traditions tostones in enough oil until crisp.

Cook the chicken breast in enough water and salt to taste, once ready we crumble it.
Cook the ground meat, in a non-stick frying pan with a teaspoon of Traditions Andean garlic paste and stir until completely dry.

In a blender we add the onion, tomato, ground oregano Tradiciones Andinas a little salt to taste, stir until you get a smooth paste, if you have a lot of lumps you can add a teaspoon of water.
Crush the avocado until you get a delicious guacamole.

When all our ingredients are ready, we assemble our tostones, put a layer of guacamole, add the chicken, the meat and finally the stew that we made in the blender.
