Sardine quiche
Ingredients
A can of Andean Traditions sardines
A spoonful of ground oregano Andean Traditions
Half tablespoon of black pepper Andean Traditions
Four eggs
A cup of milk cream
Half a cup of grated fresh hard cheese
Two tomatoes
A sheet of puff pastry ready for preparations
Salt to taste

Preparation
Remove the Andean Traditions sardines from the can, and carefully remove the thorn from the center and reserve.

In a bowl add the eggs, the milk cream and the Tradiciones Andinas oregano and stir very well until everything is integrated.
Once everything is integrated add the Andean Traditions sardines, the cheese, salt to taste and the Andean Traditions black pepper.

Stir carefully until everything is integrated.
In a non-stick baking dish add the puff pastry, taking care to cover the edges very well.

Once ready add the previous mixture.
Carefully cut the tomatoes into quarters and add to the mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes at 392 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once ready, let it cool a little and serve.
