Salmon in coconut sauce
Ingredients
A can of coconut milk Andean Traditions
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
Four servings of salmon
1 cup chopped onion
A cup of chopped paprika
Pepper Andean Traditions
Salt to taste

Preparation
Season the salmon, with pepper, salt and a spoonful of garlic paste Andean Traditions.

In the blender put the onion, the paprika, the can of Coconut milk Andean Traditions and a pinch of salt.
Blend until everything is incorporated.

Put the pieces of salmon in a refractory and bathe them with the previous mixture, that all are well wet in the sauce.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the sauce is thick.

Serve and enjoy, you can accompany it with vegetables and it will be delicious.
