Pasta with tuna
Ingredients
A can of tuna Andean Traditions
Half pack of bow tie pasta El Conquistador
A cup of sliced mushrooms
Two tablespoons of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
Two tablespoons of tomato paste
Three cups spinach
Ten cherry tomatoes
Olive oil El conquistador
Salt to taste
Pepper Andean Traditions to taste

Preparation
In a pot with enough boiling water, put the pasta to cook.

With a splash of El Conquistador olive oil, sauté the Cherry tomatoes, add salt to taste.
To the cherry tomatoes add the Andean Tradition tomato paste and stir.

Add the mushrooms.
Add spinach leaves, stir the previous mixture very well to incorporate everything.

Finally, when the spinach is dark green, add the tomato paste, lower the heat to the minimum.
Add the Andean Traditions tuna stir very well and finally add the pasta.
