Organizer
The organizing company is JP TRADING AND GLOBAL IMPORTS LLC. (hereinafter the “organizer”), with address at 16 Herbert St, Newark, NJ 07105, United States. Representing the Tradiciones Andinas brand, it organizes a contest entitled “The Favorite Recipe” (hereinafter “the CONTEST”) under its responsibility and in accordance with the rules detailed below.
Requirements to participate
Only individuals 18 years of age or older residing in the United States, specifically in the states where the contest will be held, are eligible to participate. To participate, entrants must have an Instagram/Facebook account. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to the terms and conditions of the respective social media platform. Entrants must also follow at least one of the Tradiciones Andinas brand's social media accounts. The contest organizer clarifies that participation does not require the purchase of any materials, whether explicitly or implicitly related to the recipe, such as kitchen equipment, products, or other utensils used to prepare the recipe.
Mechanics, prize and dates
To participate, you must post a photo/video showing us your favorite traditional recipe, which you created yourself. The photo/video must not show products from other brands or companies. It is optional to tag the producer, Tradiciones Andinas, in the photo/video, although this is not a requirement and will not add or subtract points, as the prize will be awarded to the photo/video with the most reactions. Prizes are awarded as is and without warranty, either express or implied. Prizes cannot be changed, designated, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), as well as any costs and expenses associated with accepting and using the prize that are not specified herein. The prize is a Christmas Gift Card worth $100 USD (One Hundred US Dollars). This contest will be valid from the publication of the post until December 22, 2022 at 10:00 PM Eastern Time.
Winner's choice
In the case of the contest, the winner will be chosen by the participants themselves, since the photograph/video of the recipe that has the most interaction will win.
The points to consider will be the following:

The organizer will contact the winner via private message to arrange delivery of the gift card. By submitting their personal information, the winner expressly agrees to the terms and conditions of the promotions described in these participation guidelines. The participant declares under his exclusive responsibility that the photographs that he uploads to participate in the contest on Facebook are not limited by any intellectual and industrial property rights and / or third-party image rights and that therefore he holds the legitimate ownership or, at less, you have sufficient permission to publish such photographs.
