A cup of Andean Tradition oatmeal
A cup mixed vegetables Andean Traditions
A cup and a half of yellow potato Andean Traditions
A quarter cup of finely chopped onion
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
The Conqueror Oil

Preparation

In a pot we add the onion and sauté it with a little El Conquistador oil along with the cup of mixed Andean Traditions and the Andean Traditions garlic paste.

Add water to cover all the ingredients and let them begin to cook over very low heat.
We add the Andean Traditions potato and stir well, always making sure that the water covers all the ingredients (if you add the potatoes and you need water, you can add more, but the water must be at the same temperature).

Let it boil for 10 minutes, add the Andean Tradition oatmeal and let our soup boil, always over low heat.
We made this vegetarian soup, but if you want to add chicken you can do it, you must add it before the oatmeal and let it cook very well.

We serve hot and enjoy.
