Ingredients
A package of Baked Banana Andean Traditions
An Andean Traditions guava paste cut into strips
A tablespoon of previously grated Andean Traditions panela
Two eggs
Six tablespoons of White Flor flour
Four tablespoons of milk
Cheese (whichever you like best) in strips (the same size as guava paste)
a pinch of salt

Preparation
In a pot with enough oil, fry the Tradiciones Andinas baked banana, once fried and very hot with the help of a spoon, make balls of approximately 5 centimeters and crush them until they are completely flat.

Fry the flattened banana balls again until they are completely fried.
Add the strips of Andean Traditions guava and the cheese in the center and close, forming a cylinder, you must be careful to close all the parts of the banana very well.

In a separate bowl, stir the eggs with the milk very well, add the Tradiciones Andinas grated panela and the salt.
Once all this is integrated, add one by one the tablespoons of Blanca Flor flour until a homogeneous and thick consistency is obtained.

Once the mixture is ready, bathe the bananas in it, leaving each one completely submerged in it, drain the excess, return to the pot with oil and fry until they change color.
Repeat this process with all the banana cylinders and voila, remove a little excess oil, and serve and enjoy hot.
