Ingredients
A can of sweet corn Tradiciones Andinas
A cucumber
Two eggs
A julienned onion
A tomato chopped into quarters
A radish chopped into slices
Lettuce or spinach to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper Tradiciones Andinas to taste

Preparation

In a small pot boil water, when it is boiling add the eggs, if you want them with the soft yolk and leave them for 7 min, remove them from the heat and put them in ice water to cut their cooking, if you want them harder you can leave them 3 minutes more, remove the shell and cut them in half lengthwise.
