Ingredients

Two cups of shelled corn Andean Traditions
A cup of coconut milk Andean Traditions
A tablespoon of Akenton sugar
Egg
Half teaspoon salt

Preparation

In the blender or food processor, add the Tradiciones Andinas instant shelled corn along with all other ingredients, blend / process until smooth.

If you see that your mixture is very watery, you can add more shelled corn Andean Traditions.
Once this mixture is ready, in a hot pan add half a teaspoon of butter or oil, let it heat well.

And with the help of a tablespoon add a good amount of the mixture, cover and let it cook.
Once one side of the arepa is made, turn it over with the help of a spatula and let it cook on the other side, each side taking about 5 minutes.

To enjoy this delicious arepa, you can accompany it with cheese and it will be even more delicious.
