Ingredients

A cup of soursop pulp Andean Traditions
A cup of peeled mote Andean Traditions previously cooked
A teaspoon of ground cinnamon Andean Traditions
A teaspoon of Akenton sugar
A cup of white flour Flor
A teaspoon of cloves
A cup of quince cut into cubes
A cup of pineapple cut into cubes
The whole shell of a pineapple
A liter of water

Preparation

In a large pot, boil the water with the cloves, cinnamon and pineapple rind, once it boils, let it cook for 15 minutes, and then remove the cloves and pineapple rind.

Over low heat and with the water without any residue, add the quince and the pineapple with the Akenton sugar and cook for 20 minutes.
In a separate bowl dissolve the Blanca Flor flour in water and add to the preparation.

Add the Tradiciones Andinas soursop pulp and the previously cooked Tradiciones Andinas peeled mote, stir constantly for 20 minutes and you're done.
Let cool and enjoy this delicious drink.
