Plum cake
Ingredients
Ten units of red jocote Andean Traditions
Three teaspoons of Universal baking powder
Two teaspoons of vanilla essence Universal
Two cups of white flour Flor
A cup of Akenton sugar
Half a cup of Akenton sugar
Half a cup of unsalted butter
Two eggs
Two cups of cream cheese
A cup of condensed milk
A cup of milk cream

Preparation
Cut the Andean Traditions jocotes in half and in a pot with a lid add them together with the half cup of sugar and let them cook over low heat, until they boil.

In a bowl add the butter and stir very well together with the sugar, once the butter is very soft add the Universal vanilla essence until fully integrated.
Add the eggs and stir very well, add the flour little by little while stirring until everything is completely integrated, once ready to take to the refrigerator.

While the dough cools, mix the cream with the cream cheese and the condensed milk until it has a creamy consistency.
Then stretch the dough as much as possible, leave a thin layer, add it to a cake tin and cut the edges, add the previous mixture.

Bake for 15 minutes at 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once ready, let it cool a bit and add the plums.
